Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before the event: All payments except the deposit will be refunded.
- 31–59 days before the event: 50% of total payments (excluding deposit) will be refunded.
- 30 days or less before the event: All payments are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10–14 working days after written cancellation confirmation.
Booking Deposit
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event date.
Rescheduling
- One-time date change allowed if requested 60+ days before the event.
- Within 60 days, rescheduling fees may apply depending on availability and event type.
Outside Alcohol Policy
Bringing Your Own Alcohol
- $800.00 fee applies for outside alcohol brought to your event.
- A valid liquor catering license is required at contract signing.
- Serving prohibited alcohol will incur a fine up to $2,500.
Security Requirements
- At least two licensed security guards required when alcohol is served.
- Security fees ($35/hour/guard) added to final invoice.
Outside Catering Policy
Approval Process
- $650 catering fee for external caterers.
- Approval required 30 days before event.
- Health permits and waste disposal procedures must be submitted.
Caterer Responsibilities
- Provide all serving equipment.
- Handle setup, service, and cleanup.
- Remove waste and materials post-event.
Kitchen Use
- Prep kitchen available for warming and plating only (no cooking).
- Failure to clean kitchen incurs a $1,000 cleaning fee.
Decoration Policy
Setup & Rules
- All decorations must be pre-approved.
- Setup finalized 2 weeks before event.
- No early drop-offs or overnight storage.
- All décor removed same day after event.
Allowed & Prohibited Items
Allowed:
- Drapes, balloons, flowers, candles in holders.
Prohibited:
- Confetti, glitter, tape or nails on walls.
